Annual Quilchena Appeal (AQA)

PLEASE SUPPORT THE 2024 ANNUAL QUILCHENA APPEAL (AQA) FUNDRAISER

 The PAC organizes a single yearly donation drive to maximize impact and minimize requests throughout the year.  Thank you for your ongoing support and commitment to our school community.  Together, we can make a lasting difference for our kids!

Your donations help pay for items that students use in the classrooms as well as other enhancements that are beneficial to them.

The AQA goal this year is to raise $16,000.00

Where AQA Funds Go

In collaboration with school staff, funds are allocated to where they are most needed, which varies from year to year.  In previous years, donations have been used for items such as: library and classroom furniture replacement, iPads and peripherals, classroom educational materials, literacy/numeracy materials, educational software licences and other technology, arts & crafts supplies, gym equipment, musical instruments and specialized storage/protective gear.

Your Donation

The recommended donation is $125 per child, though we appreciate any donation.  All funds received support our children.  Every dollar counts.

Instructions for donating via the online platform:

1. Go to https://vsb.schoolcashonline.com/

2. Log in with your email address and password.

   • optionally, in the very lower left hand corner, change the Language to your preferred language for Google Translate to automatically translate the content of the site.

3. On the Items page, click the Make a Donation button.

4. On the Donation page, choose or enter your donation amount under “Gift Information”.

5. Select Quilchena Elementary PAC from the Fund Destination menu.

   • leave the Tribute Information as “Not a tribute gift”.

6. In the Message to School Board field, enter “AQA”.

7. Click the Add To Cart button.

8. Proceed to checkout, enter payment information and submit.

   • donations over $25 are eligible for a tax receipt which can be printed directly from the screen after checkout.
